Economy shipping can take 4 - 8 business days. Outside the U.S. is 10 - 30 business days. Please note that delivery can be impacted by holidays and we have no control over the shipping times.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered, but then stolen from your home. All mis-delivered packages by the shipping company are also not our responsibility.
Since each item is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not are available if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind outside of our cancellation policy timeframe. However, if your item is damaged or there was a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us via Etsy messages within 31 days of product delivery. Please message us and include a photo of the damaged item clearly showing the damage. Please note that we can’t replace an item with a 0.5” print placement difference as our production partner considers this acceptable. We do not provide return for refund unless the fault is ours.
